1. Who sells
The Missed-Call Fix is sold by Vomini LTDA, a Brazilian company ("Vomini", "we"). The company details are at the bottom of this page.
2. What you buy
A digital, educational product: a video course of almost 3 hours in 9 chapters, the Setup Checklist & Business Info Sheet and the Receptionist Prompt Template. If you add them at checkout or right after, you also get the Trade Prompt Pack and/or the Build Files. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials in your own business or for your own clients. You may not resell or republish the video or the files.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. If you accept the one-click offer after checkout, the card you used at checkout is charged for that offer only after you click to accept it.
4. Third-party tools
The course teaches tools made by other companies (such as Retell AI, Cal.com and Make). You open your own accounts with them, accept their terms and pay them directly. Their prices and features can change. Some links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
5. No promise of results
This is an educational product. Results depend on your call volume and how you set it up. We make no promise of income or of any number of booked jobs.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the AI receptionist you build, including telling callers it is a virtual assistant, recording notices where the law requires them, and never using it to cold-call or text people without consent.

8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with the courts of São Paulo, SP, except where the consumer law of your country gives you the right to another forum or protection that cannot be waived. If this English text and a Portuguese version differ, the Portuguese prevails.
