The Missed-Call Fix · Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
Vomini LTDA. Contact: contact@vomini.com.
2. What we collect
- Your email address and payment details, which you type into Stripe's checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- What you bought, and the answer you give to "business owner or AI agency" on the access page.
- Technical data at checkout: IP address, browser (user agent) and the Meta cookie identifiers (_fbp, _fbc), stored with your Stripe order.
3. Why
- To process your payment, give you access and send your receipt and access emails (contract).
- To measure our ads: the pages use the Meta Pixel, and we send the purchase to Meta's Conversions API with your email hashed (scrambled with SHA-256), your IP, browser and the cookie identifiers (legitimate interest or consent, as your local law requires).
- To tell you about the done-for-you service if you ask about it.
4. Who receives it
Stripe (payments), Meta (ad measurement), Cloudflare (hosting), our email provider and our customer records system. Some of them process data outside your country.
5. How long
Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data until you ask us to stop. If you get a refund, we stop sending you emails.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to contact@vomini.com. Brazilian residents have the rights of the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).
